Polly's - Erko Pale Ale

"We make no secret of our passion for the old school here at Polly’s, and melding old school notes in with those new school vibes we’ve become so infamous for forms a huge part of our day to day here at the brewery.

Erko is an easygoing pale ale that brings that new school juice to the party, with a hearty serving of old school bitterness to boot. Citra and Amarillo represent the old school here, bringing a swag bag of grassy and pithy bitterness to proceedings, before a hyperload of new school juice takes over with a heavy lashing of Azacca and Vic Secret hitting those mango, pineapple and passionfruit notes.

All glued together with a healthy dose of our new favourite yeast strain London Fog for maximum suspension and mouthfeel, this is a pale ale levelled up."
