"Hoppy Saison is dry, light bodied and big on yeast derived flavours. Brewed to be fairly true to classic saison style, but with ingredients closer to home. UK lager and wheat malt provide the backbone for the saison yeast to shine through, and English Bramling Cross along with Styrian Aurora hops round things off nicely."
